I am installing egt probes on 1995 phazer with a aaen single pipe and I need to know the proper location on the y-pipe for the holes. how far in or out from the flange for each probe ? I was told from 11/2 to 2 " out from flange but would like more feedback.
I want to say it should be on the installation instruction, they are all diferent my westach egt on the triples was put 7" from the manifold....I would try to contact the manuf. to be sure.

yeah I have heard around 6"....y pipe? probes? are you running singlr pipe with y pipe or twin pipes?

With stock Y-pipe. Thanks !

mine is about 2 out. just at the end of the y before it connects with the pipe. thats on a 2000 MM
