recommended control rod spacers?

getting ready to install viper rear shocks on my 99 srx 700 . just wondering what everybody is using in the way of control rod spacers when they perform this mod.?the rods that are on my sled have two rather large nuts that lock together when the gap is set to preference, not sure what brand they are but they are adjustable. right now in my tool box i have 2-15mm,4-7.5mm and 2-2.5mm washers . what size spacers should i use for max transfer and on what side should they be placed? better yet , how many mm. gap am i looking for? btw-i just installed an 1.25 ripsaw!! yip-eeeeeeeeee---hang on!!!!thanks, Joe.

I used the two 2.5mm spacers that came on the Viper suspension when I bought it. The research I did before the swap suggests this also. I have one on the under side [spacer-washer-control rod bolt] and one on the upper control rod that is slid up against the adjusters. Oh, I also have a 1.25 rip-saw. I haven't actually had chance to see how it works yet though b/c we have no friggen snow yet

I just checked my total gap, 14mm. I also am using Bender's control rods so I may have to increase or decrease that once I get chance to try it. I also have the center shock set to the softer end of the Viper specs as well as the rear to give me 25% lower and 75% upper gap, FRA in the center position.
But again, don't put much faith in what I have to say as I haven't even had chance to try it yet  Hopefully someone else will chime in.
