I have a 98 srx 600 and i have upgraded to a set of r1 stock skis in blue they arent the saddless but i noticed the saddle aint as thick as the old style so it droped the frontend down about a inch or a bit more .. so now when on the throttle the skis barley contact the snow and makes it very hard to turn while on the gas how can i get it to sit closer to normal ? i thought about the long travel shock mounts being sold on ebay .looks to raise the front end but not sure if that would help ...or can i adjust the rear suspension to compensate ...adjust transfer rods ? i am unsure can anyone help thanks very much

you can flip and swap your brackets for 1in, do a search and you will find it has been done many times.

Might check your limit strap adjustment on skid also. If you can pull it up will apply more ski pressure.
