I just made a boost bottle off the specs from the tech page. I have Hauck pipes, thin head gaskets, and reed spacers. And of course have the machine jetted accordingly for the pipes. Will I have to AGAIN change jetting when adding the boost bottle??? If so to what sizes??

shouldn't have to change the jetting just because of the boost bottle. It adds volume on the cylinder side of the carb....the air and fuel are already mixed. I was worried too and checked my plugs and wash carefully on the 1st ride and found no change.

fwiw, when I added the slp boost bottle to my VES xc600sp, I did not need to change jetting from leaning it out from the factory richness.
I can't imagine any sled would need jetting changes from merely adding a boost bottle.
