I did a compression test, the centre and the mag side we're both 125. The clutch side was 130, will it even out after i run the machine for a while? Should I be worried? The 125's we're 120 at first but i loosen the bolts and re torqued and went up to 125. Should i try re-tourquing or leave it at that? Any info would help. New base gaskets and new o-rings were installed.

Yes i saw that but in this case 130. 125. 125, thats seems to be a bit much difference.

kk, i'll post again on this by thurday night. See how it goes, but i was bumbed out seeing them different pressure numbers. I pulled until the needle wouldn't go higher.

Well i thought either the srx;s or the vipes had staggered comp. like that,
because of the difference in the dome's(squish).

The 130 represents 4% of the other two readings really not that much dif...If I remember correctly you'll get different readings every time...as long as your within 5-8 % range across the board...

Ok, thanks for the info theblues. That make me feel a whole lot better. I'll check the readings again anyway after I start her up and let her run for a bit. Just to be sure it doesn't go passed the 5-8%. I dont get my valves by thursday though I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Thx again daman and theblues

ok

its pretty rare to get the same numbers if you are within %8 your good to go unless you want to get extremely anal

Yea, I was just curious. I'm happy with the results I have, I just want it to last as long as possible. I read some of the post and they we're equal to each other. I'm just waiting on my valves and i'm good to go.
