I recently read that the 2000 -2002 heads are cut different than the 98-99 and I have to admit I didn't know that.I was under the impression that they were all the same as I bought a couple off a site member and can't remember what year engine they were off of .Could someone jump in here and confirm this and if this is so let me know how I can check the 2 I bought to see if they are for the 98-99 engine.I guess if I took an old one and held it up beside the suspect one I should see the difference right?

the 98,99's had a larger dome in the head and squish was different making for a little less comp. vs the '00-'02
what are the numbers stamped on top of each head? post 'em..

Well fu*k me I just checked the heads and sure enough they are the 8DN10's.How much difference in the heads is there?Enough that I can't run them along with the 1 stock one?
Anyone need 2 00-02 SRX heads?Or perhaps swap for 98-99 ones?
