stock yamaha viper carbides

ok. The reason I ask is someone is selling used viper mountain skis on here with stock carbides barely used. They have 3" carbides but I do all trail riding. My skis are in kinda rough shape so I figured for the price of carbides I could get skis and carbides. thanks!

usally thats not to good, they have a little carbide and no wear pads up
front and back, you can use them but keep a close eye on 'em.

i bought a new set of take off's two years ago and they had the stock bar
on them, i got a few years outa thos bars then put on some 6"..

so they will work, can't see waisting a free bar..

Every stock carbide I have used was pretty rough after only 200 miles and not much bite either. They just got me by until I got new ones.

I got more then that off 'em, but yea, right, they get ya by..

CB Performance sells good carbides at a great price. I think you just missed out on their sale.

Bergstrom has very affordable carbides also. You can get the ski saver and easy steer shim kit when you order through bergstrom.

I am waiting till next year to try Bergstrom tripple points. They are very expensive but going to try them.

Yamaha was doing it cheap with their cardides. Only thing I dont like about the manufacture process. Pretty much any 6 inch carbide will put the stock yamaha carbide to shame.
