I am trying to buy a friends one owner 98 Vmax sx 700 with 4200 miles in good condition. I dont think it has every been wrecked. No reverse or electric start. He upgraded to 99 700 with electric start and reverse. Is 1500 a fair price to offer him? He wont give me a price. Track is good condition. I havent looked at it since last year. It is at his house in WI and I think he will make me a deal because then he doesnt have to haul 2 sleds up there when we go. His new one is here in Illinois at his house. I dont want to low ball him.

if it's nice shure it's worth 1500..
I'd say its a great deal for 1500, depending on quality and milage

I offered him 1500 and he accepted. I guess I am a proud owner. But I dont get to ride it till superbowl weekend. O well still have trusty 95 Vmax 600.
