I finally go my sled out of the garage today. Ran it up, and ready to go.
Just thought you may like to see some full sled pics since I did the air suspension mods, stretch, and bar risers.
Looking forward to hitting the mountains.
I call it a mountain sled on a budjet.

newer skis on this Vmax
what did you do to get the newer style skis on this Vmax. I just put simmons ski's on my rx-1, so I have the original skis from my rx-1. from these pics I see you figured out how best to do it. Is there a different bracket? The Vmax is my wifes and I just put reverse in it so the plastic skis will work better

Who's tunnel extension did you use??
I built the tunnel extension myself. Bent up some aluminum I had, and added the rear grab bar and support brackets
The skies I believe came off an Arctic Cat. I bought them on Ebay. The only change was to machine a bronze bushing that would accept the ski bolt. They work great and keep the front end up in the powder.
