So you like it better than your old V-max??

You get the clutching set-up for that?

Glad to hear your happy.

It puts my old tank to shame, and ya Truk told me what to do and I got some help from Daman and Bluemonster1 last night and today and finally got it going and I am pumped for this season. i already have it loaded up and plan to make a trip as soon as I am done with finals up to the UP....

nice sled!! I ripped around my yard in a dusting of snow today ,lol! Just a quick one! Why is the rear of your sled so high? it's hard to tell from the pics.

Looks sweet! The strobe windy and handguards give it an aggressive look. Those drop brackets make the tail look wicked too. Are the bars stock height or did you put a riser on?

3" riser with the drop brackets set a 2" instead of 3". Drop brackets thanks to CB Performance parts....

The brackets give you a higher tail stance and gives you a higher clearence for a taller lug for tracks....theres a whole write up on it under the CB Performance vendor part on here.

They really arent that bad if you have someone to help you do it. Took about 1 1/2 hr's to do it.

Thanks guys, I am hoping to win this white skid plate and just buy it for myself for christmas and be done with it for this year....LOL....

you have the drop brackets set at the 2" height? I'm considering buying set for my viper. Looks good!

What type of handling changes occur when you run these brackets? Does elevating the tail place more pressure on the front of the sled? Changes the approach angle too right? What else? Weight transfer affected?

I hate how damn low the rear of my Viper drags when it's in the snow. I wouldn't mind a little more clearance too, since I have found a few stud marks on my rear HE. I get a little stupid in the rough stuff. Not big jumping, just hard pounding!

What type of handling changes occur when you run these brackets? No idea havent been able to really test that out. Does elevating the tail place more pressure on the front of the sled? I would assume it does. Changes the approach angle too right? What else? Weight transfer affected?

I will be able to answer all your questions later next week or maybe this weekend if I get out on it.
