1989 Exciter 570... should I buy this?

A guy I know has one of these and I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy it. It has a brand new track, seat, brakes, 144 3/4" studs, rear shocks, grips and thumb warmer. There is something wrong with the motor. He says it has coolant coming out of the exhaust. It seems like he said they rebuilt the motor but the head didn't seal (or something). Anyway, he's got more into the parts than what he's asking for it which is $500. Do you think I should buy it?

if it is coming out the exhaust that means some got in the base too!be prepared . it could be a good deal if the sled is pretty good shape otherwise.just my.02
