Just had my sled out. When i come down off a jump or hit the brake hard after accelarating the sled seems to go into "safe mode". It idles then cuts out . This repeats until the rpms come down below 1800. It almost sounds like a backfire. Ignition cutting in and out. Once below 1800 sled runs as normal. Do you think its related to TORS?
Loosen the thorottle cable and give it another try. You can just bypass the TORS to test it also, then adjust and reconnect.

I had this same exact problem end of last season. Have not looked into the sled yet. Think I'll ride this weekend, so will have to see. will keep you posted if disconecting the tors solves my problem

It's a great safety feature, should be kept in working order, try to figure out where the problem lies and fix it right instead of band-aiding it...
but yes it can be by-passed if you choose to do so..
