Would a sticky choke plunger cause this sled to load the plugs ? This is probably a stupid question but i hate to have to take it to some body if I can fix it myself. I have good spark to the plugs.

Have you pulled the carbs and cleaned them ? Pull up on the choke cable and see if the plunger is stuck. Sounds like something else.
There was an update for the enrichener (choke) springs. Also clean the carbs when you install the updated springs, and check the reeds. If the reeds are getting weak you may foul a plug when running.
