mostly riding a rx1 with nitrous my viper trail sled dosen't seem to have the power it should.had to redo the top end last year and never adjusted the power valves.would this cause low power?it has reeds, bender pipes, clutch and i think it only pulled 107 top end last year.should i be looking for more?

powervalves will cause you to lose your topend power for sure

Conditions are everything, powervalves are important. Clean, aligned, setup, and centered clutches are very important. Ride height is important. Track tension is important. There are a ton of variables at play here that could affect your top speed, but 107 on speedo isn't way out of line for a stock viper on some semi-packed snow. Start checking the variables I just mentioned to you. Clean and adjust the powervalves to spec.
Before I knew how to adjust power valves I couldn't get my sled figured out in just 500 ft set up for grass I gained 15mph once the valves where adjusted right.
