08 Yamaha Demo Rides, Sat 8 Dec

Meyer Yamaha in Ishpeming will have the yamaha demo sleds Saturday Dec 8th. They open at 9am. Not a lot of details as it was scheduled at the last minute, but they asked if I would spread the word, so passing it on.
 

If anyone goes could you check with the yamaha crew to see when the rest of the demo schedule will either be posted? or find out the next dates that they know of for demo rides this winter.
 
Yamaha R&D is up here in Twin Lakes through the weekend doing some testing on a few sleds. Big Ol' trailer with some beauties inside. The guys don't like to talk a whole bunch though. Tried hitting them up for some info, but that was a no go.
 
yeah, this is a different bunch. Last time I went on the demo ride my buddy and I were the only two guys there. I rode their sleds about all day. Had a good time. Nice guys, very happy to make sure everyone got a shot on all the sleds. I will see if they have a longer term schedule, this one was last minute. Found out today...
 
Hey, if you go up there tell Randy and Gruvy that they better have a new helix and some weights waiting for a Mr. Lusk......and tell Frank that he looks like the lead singer from Whitesnake. He loves that.

I stop in and visit with Randy, John, Greg and Frank all the time. Kind of ironic, I asked Greg Monday when/if they were doing the demo rides . His response was "nothing scheduled". Get in there today and Greg tells me that they got asked today if they could host it this weekend because we have snow. He asked if I could help get the word out.

I am pretty sure I will be over there Saturday. I am the old, balding, overweight, short guy that walks with a cane. Always have a smile on my face. Last time I went to one I spent the whole day there riding the new sleds. Not a lot of peeps showed.

I will pass on your greetings and warnings to Randy and John. Think I will leave Frank alone, still might need his help on my sled. :)
