02 viper with bender pipes.has very poor idle almost like its not hitting all cylinders and bogs when i hit throttle.if i 1/2 choke it,it fires all cylinders and comes alive.this tells me that i am adding fuel which makes it run good.what adjustment would add fuel at idle or part throttle?not sure what the fix is.please help

Did you re-jet your sled after you installed the pipes? If not you should be able to find a jetting set up for those pipes on this site if you do a little searching. Or some one will chime in with a set up. good luck!

the jetting is whatever bender supplied i would have to check.fuel screws if i remember correctly are 1 1/2 out.

If the jetting is right and the carbs are clean, start looking for an intake air leak. It doesn't take much to effect the idle. It will cause lean burn at other throttle settings but if its small enough it will show up mostly on the idle circuit. Run a little water from a squeeze bottle over the intake boots while the engine is running. If you have a suction leak, the engine will ingest the water and change the way its running. I use gas instead of water but water works.
