It will provide much better backshifting so if you ride in the trails alot or just vary in speed alot, you will enjoy the performance greatly. If you just go out on the lake, I would stick with the sliders.
 
Yeah exactlly what 2000srx said...also heard in powder and mountain riding aswell it works perfect...been thinking of getting the Roller Rooster myself..but gunna wait till next year...Ask Turk..he has great results with the roller secondaries..
Unfortunetly I haven't seen allot of input regarding the Team Secondarys...but the other manufacturors have been discussed here allot...
