Anyone from there or around there no of a good spot to launch a few sleds tomorrow?? I know their trails are partially open so I would like to get some miles on, so if you know of a place let em know!

I would call the Cold Spring Inn and see if the trails are open from there. They have a big parking lot and it is right on the border of the Walworth and Jefferson county trails.

Hopefully everyone is OK.
at least 1 sled went under on the rock river in Jefferson Cty over the weekend as reported by the local TV station. I think at least 1 death occurred......

All of Dane Co trails are open, not bad shape either. Not sure where you're at in WI, but thought I'd let you know.
The Dane Co trail hotline # 608-242-4576, call to see if there are some closed trails due to construction, etc...

I went out last night and put on about 150 miles, rode for almost 7 hours. Had a blast!!!

It just snow here, snowing like a son of a biotch! Brought my sled back from my buddies this morning @ about 9 or so, already an inch or 2 on it. Where are you located in WI? I'm in Waunakee, about 5 MI N of Madison. It look like from about Janesville down, freezing rain or rain, from the looks of the radar.
Well in Whitewater its been on and off all day, heavy snow then ran, back to snow so we will see how long this keeps up....

Oh ok, just nothing but snow here, probably 2-3" so far, looks like it may go on for another few hours yet so, I won't be doing any riding tonight, gotta go do snow removal, oh well, tomorrow is another day... Have fun, but be safe if you go though.

Trails are a little bumpy around Waunakee, I don't know the experience level of riding your kids have, but once your out of Waunakee area- a few minutes- they are pretty decent. They should be able to handle it, I would think. As far as parking, park at Rex's Innkeeper right in town, big parking lot right on the trail, people park and ride from there all the time. Just unload and go, provided your all fueled up, if not a Mobil is only a block or two away at the stoplight. Fill em up on the trailer before you get there, or just ride em there, whatever you prefer.
Hope this helps.
