rear travel?

i have my shock preload set half way and the suspension is sagging the halfway mark on the tranfer rod what is up with that i have to lift it up to get the sled at the right height

I'm not quite sure what you mean, are you saying the gap on the control rods is 50/50? With you sitting on it? When you say the shock preload is 1/2 way, do you mean in the middle of Yamaha's spec or do you mean 1/2 way down the threads?
