Track Selection

I am planning on buying a ripsaw track soon for my srx. I am going to go with the 1.25 inch lug. I have been looking at many different prices on the internet, i am just not sure whether i should get the ripsaw with every third window closed or the one with all windows open. Or does it really even matter?

You will not find a lower price on the Ripsaw.

I just put a Ripsaw 1 1/4 on my SRX with every window open, I don't know much about them but the reason I wanted every window open was because I thought I'd rather have metal clips rubbing against my slides than closed rubber windows. It just seemed that metal clips would last longer than rubber. Like I said I don't know much about them. I also have a Ripsaw 1 1/4 every window open on my wifes SXR.

I personally like a fully-clipped track better because it has more windows to let more snow at the hyfax and I feel that a fully-clipped track is a more durable setup.
Theres quite a few people over on the TY 4-stroke forum that had issues with Ripsaws that were clipped every 3rd failing on them.
