Friend of mine is turning 50. He is an old jeep enthusiast buddy of mine. So I made this for him. Really happy how it came out. odometer is his birth date, and my wife said "he is out of gas" so...

well, from what I recall.
I restored my Bro's 86 cj7 many years ago, then he took it out to OR.

thanks, the speedo came out of a Cj somewhere along the way. I think it came out of a 7 with quadratrac as one of the warning lights is "emergency drive". I have had the thing sitting in a box of jeep parts for many years. The oak was a piece of scrap I have held on to for many years also. One more project to do this year. Going to make a Digital picture frame from an old laptop and some scrap oak I have laying around. I have the OS and the slide show set up on it, just need to get the frame and enclosure made. Running out of time fast. I haven't had any time for the Viper project.
