97 v-max 600 twin

Can anyone tell me what the factory pilot jet size was on a 97 v-max 600 twin SX with smart carbs? A friend of mine is working on his wifes sled, and he cleaned the pilots with a little too big of a welding tip cleaner and reamed the pilots out so that it runs pig rich now. He has tried to order new ones from the dealer twice now, and keeps getting the wrong ones. The last time they sent him three of them! He said the ones he ruined were 65's, but when I search on here that seems waaaay to big from what I find. I'm thinking more like 52.5, also, where should the pilot screws be set at? I tried using the search function and looking in the tech pages. The tech pages don't seem to list a pilot jet size, unless I'm blind.

So...
Factory pilot jet size?
Pilot screw setting?

600 sx didn,t have smart carbs & the pilots are #45. the smart carb 600 sleds had #60 pilots.

Thanks Turk, so it must not be an SX, my mistake. He is pretty sure it is the smart carb version. It is completely stock, so I'll have him order some #60. Geez, you would think the dealer could order the right ones after two tries!

Anyone know where the pilot screws should be set at? I was going to start at about 2 turns out, but it would help to have a factory setting starting point.

Thanks.

I talked to him again, its the mm with smart carbs.

Turk says they came with #60, but he found #65 in it. Not sure why it had 65 in it, but I'm going to have him order 60's & set the fuel screws at 1-3/4. Thanks for the help, guys.
