I picked up a 92 phazer last year with about 4000 km on it. I don't know the history on it but last year it ran great but this year the clutch is sticking engaged. I cleaned the carbs yesterday and ran it for the first time and the clutch is sticking on. I assume that the clutch has never been lubed.
What are some things to look for? I am going to order a clutch puller tomorrow from Royal Dist. is there any other tools I would need to work on this clutch?
Do you guys have any good tips to work on this?
Thanks
Matt

Clutch
Do not lube the clutch with anything. Most likely the inner bushing hanging up on the shaft. When you pull it, check the rollers, they should roll freely and inspect the moving shaft for pitting or rust.

Great help
Ok so no lube. I have ordered my clutch puller. So I don't need anyother tools then? I think the center of the clutch is hanging up on that center shaft.
Thanks for the help guys.
