you need some new piston rings there, that black on the transfer bottoms on the cylinder is exhaust blow by being reinhaled into the intake, thats the picture perfect example of what I have been trying to tell people on this site for years!
 
Really? Holly cow that's a lot of blow by. OK, well it's got new rings in it now.
