I'm running 160's all across with ceramic coated CPR Simmons pipes, Peak Heads and some motor mods but I also have an ATTAK installed on my 2004 MNT Viper with a 156"x2" track. As for clutching, I cant help you out as I just bought the sled this fall, and in the process of installing a Polaris primary from Hartman Inc calibrated for me and installing a Shockwave Secondary Helix and new Ohlins for the rear suspension.
If you are a short track as your avatar looks, I'd suggest to lower the gearing you dont need top end speed in the mountains, plus your clutches will run cooler.
Before I bought my sled in September the previous owner ran a: WWW spring in the primary and silver secondary spring set @ 70 deg. twist for set snow and 60deeg twist for powder. Weights were 8DN 10's @ 43grams in the Yamaha primary clutch. Gearing @ 20/42. This sled runs peak RPM @ 9000-9100
Hope this helps.

Thanks Powder Trax, I will keep this in mind. I just did a 136" extension with 1-1/4" track for better trail riding. I emailed Bender to see if they had any recommendations, so we will see I guess. Thanks again!
