We are looking for support in the state of Michigan for the 2nd Annual Michigan Snow Run to be held in Gaylord, MI on Sunday, February 17, 2007. This event will be our 2nd event on our winter tour throughout the USA, spreading awareness and helping those in need.
I would be interested in speaking with you in any way that your company or employees maybe able to support our cause of helping those in need. Here are some ideas of what we would be grateful for:
- Product donations that can be used for raffles and silent auctions
- Monetary Sponsorships and or donations
- Company participation at the event, show support to your employees by attending the event as
a day out together.

The Snow Run is an organized snowmobile ride open to both men and women of all riding abilities. The Snow Run creates awareness of Breast Cancer in the motor sports industry, while raising funds to benefit the Pink Ribbon Riders. The Pink Ribbon Riders assist those with breast cancer in their daily struggles of the disease.
Event Information:
•100 mile ride (optional shorter ride of 50 miles is offered).
• Open to men & women
• Organized trail leaders and sweepers are provided.
• You may sign-up as an individual rider or come as a group
• Riders will be paired together by riding style and ability
• Groups that come together are to be paired no more than 12.
• Please identify your group in your registration paperwork.
• Space will be limited and pre registration is required.
• Minimum donation of $50.00 to participate.
• Participants choose to raise additional donations/pledges for the cause.
• Pledge levels for participation & prize incentives are awarded.
• Top fundraiser is recognized
• “Sled Awareness” Decorating contest sponsored by Powermadd Company.
• Discount rates will be available. Book your hotel room early. Lodging information below.
Your Day Includes:
Event ride, lunch, dinner party, music & giveaways, and event collectors patch.

WELCOME PARTY 7pm-10pm
All participants are encouraged to join us in kicking off the 2nd Annual Michigan Snow Run by celebrating and checking in early. Fundraising envelopes maybe turned in. Door prizes will be drawn for all participants that attend this evening.

Dinner Party with music & giveaways
*Times are tentative for agenda. All participants that register will receive a registration packet with details of the event.

Baymont Inn & Suites - Gaylord, Michigan is the Host Hotel for the Michigan Snow Run.
*Located directly across the street from the Eagles Lodge where the Snow Run is held.
Baymont Inn & suites is offering a discounted room rate to Snow Run participants. (based on availability). Please call with The GROUP ID # 0215PRR to book your reservation.
Rooms are discounted to $79.99.

Pre-register by February 1, 2008. Space is limited as Pink Ribbon Riders hosts a dinner party and awards ceremony at the end of each Snow Run. Michigan Snow Run will be limited to the first 200 riders. For more registration information click here.
