Put the clutch back on ,In the heel clickers put 7 grams heel and 8 grams tip.Engages basically at 4000 rpm.Seems to be at 8500 rpm at wot to.Snow is so damn loose, that traction really is impossible from a launch.Still dig down to grass in the ditches, unless I hit the drifted parts. At a few launches it runs to 8500-8600(spinning out) and then seems to drop to 8200 and climbs to 8500 and stays there.Hard to really open it up since we had snow and drifting today.Took some of them drifts and airborne I was.Sled seems to come down really nice, suspension really is comfy now.None whatsoever harshness is there,no back pain either. This suspension beats the original SRX one.Landings are smooth and gentle on my back.
Was doing some wide open runs and I hear this sound from the engine area, different then normal.Seems one of the rubber boots slide off the carb from the airbox.Took in in the warm garage, off comes air box, connect the boot again and made sure I wasn't off at all when I re-tightened it.Ok to go again.Checked plugs and wash and everything is dead on in color.
Hit a few objects in the ditch again today and no damage, but loud sound when impacted. One time ski nails frozen ball of dirt again.Going up and down the same path and thud sound under me and sled bumps up a bit.Went back over and over till I found out what I was riding over.Couldn't believe what I found.I big chunk of steel, twice the height of a railroad tie.About a foot in length,6 inches thick and rectangle shape. And on top of it was like a 3 inch solid rod about 5 inches long.I hardly could lift this thing, put on my running board and dropped it off against one of the road signs along the ditch and highway,Basically it is dangerous out thereShould of torn my sled up by now,but been lucky so far I guess. with not a lot of snow covering these obstacles.

One Q. How do you check the wash if you don't take the heads off? or did you take the heads off.
secondly your luck may run out, be safe and hit the trails when you get more snow....

I took a bright LED light and shined it over the spark plug hole and moved it around so I could see further around top of the piston.Everything shows a nice chocolate brown. The plugs are also according to the spark plug color chart I have to be at THE BEST category.I am not removing the heads...please.And yes my luck may run out yet with is stupid obstacles.I just may have to take the 4 new belts I bought and break. them in slowly since I can't really go all out yet, this would be a perfect time to do this I think.Don't want to break in belts when the snow really falls heavy.
HEY!!! daman.Wanna come out tommorrow and help me install a 8 foot
Garden Door c/w sidelite. It's only going to be -43C. with the windchill tommorrow. It's for my sister's house,I just told her to leave the house for a while because when my partner and I remove the old sliding patio doors, cold air will rush into the house.Should be a fun day for sure, weather was supposed to be warm for that day according to the forcast last week.Them weather people can't be relied upon I'll tell ya. It's a $5000 job and we'll make good $$$$ out of it,private job of course.

did I read that right?
your gonna make great $$$ off your sister?
hahahaha
she must not be your favourite or she has way too much coin for her own good![Wink ;) ;)](https://totallyamaha.net/images/smilies/wink.png)
Either way, is there anyway you can set up a poly tent framed about 4' on the inside of the room and tuck tape to the floor to prevent the rest of the house from cooling so drastically
last but not least.. Make sure to use polyurethane foam and not fiberglass around the frame
but you already had some Zerodraft Single comp. foam right ![Smile :) :)](https://totallyamaha.net/images/smilies/smile.png)

Got the damn door installed,we started late and finished 7 pm. The cold wasn't bad,we were on the south side with sun shining and no wind. Then in the early afternoon, got cloudy and south wind picked up.It wasn't fun anymore. We friggin froze and we had problems getting the door in.Temp in her house dropped to 13 C.The dogs water bowl in the kitchen had ice forming in it.My sister is wealthy so I don't feel guilty, besides have done work for her before and didn't get any pay for it.
