RS Vector Help

I recently got a 08 RS Vector LTX GT. I'm having a problem with the hand and thumb warmers. They barely get warm to the touch. Even if I take my gloves off I can only just feel a small amount of heat coming from them. Is there anything I can do or do I need to take it to my dealer?

You might post this over on the 4 stroke forum to get a better answer, but I would think if it's new that the dealer should fix it.
