After several days of testing with help from all of you we tend to conclude that the PV are not operating correctly possibly due to fatly CDI unit. Unfortunately, there is no way to test the CDI unit other than using one that we know works for sure. I was wondering if there is anyone around Illinois-Wisconsin (Wauconda, IL 60084) border that has a working CDI unit that I could use to test my PV. I will bring my sled to your place for testing or I can borrow the CDI unit leaving a deposit, possibly, if you have one for sale if testing reveals that I do in fact have a bad CDI I will not mind purchasing one from you. Alternatively, I can bring my CDI to you so we can test it on your working sled (1998 SRX 700). If you have any other, suggestions please let me know (really do not want to purchase the CDI I if it is not the problem. Please help me out if you can, testing will not take long (plug in the CDI warm up the sled and see if the servo operates properly) I am willing to compensate you for your time and help. Thank you.

Yuriy, why don't you trailer the sled to this fellows house and see if he would be kind enough to test his on your sled?
