I need some assistance with the Power Valve . I would like to know how to separate the cable from the Power Valve to install a new gasket ? Also will this disrupt the synchronization of the Power Valve, if so how do I resynchronize them ?

Remove the four allen key bolts holding the valve to engine housing. Take the cover off of the power valve servo located above the secondary clutch. Then i turn the servo manually clockwise to give me some slack in the cable at the valve. This will expose where the cable is anchored to the valve. Just slide the cable anchor out which will allow you to change the gasket. Then slide the cable anchor back into the valve and manually turn the servo motor counter clockwise to pull up the slack(this will pull the valve back into the valve housing)
