omg..
that guy saying a zrt6 will take an srx7 is a joke..
I recall back in the eraly 2000s that the srx ate all the other 700's and had to play with the 800's as well.
if this happens, take a video

i'll give 2 thumbs up for the srx when a 700 can keep up with any brand new 700 and beat some 800s thats pretty darn impressive.....been there done that with a zrt 600.....guy kept on talkin all day long so im like lets go....first race 60 mph roll he pinned it then i crept up to him were dead even went like this for a bit then i looked at him ducked down and pinned it see ya......next race dead stop i pulled like 7 or 8 lenghts on him....he didnt have too much to say the rest of the day....

ahha im all for a race so well see what happens.... just got my track in yesterday from CB performance so im putting the studs in as we speak just inside to warm up a bit, damn shop heater doesnt help feet from freezing....
Im not to overly worried about a zrt 800, last year in 660 i took a couple thundercats, the one was piped clutched you name it and i pulled him in 660.... with 660 all really depends on if ya bite, if you dont hook off the line your done.... so well see ideally i would like to run a 1000' roughly i think thats really my strongpoint, however even a 660' or 1320' ill run doesnt matter i race for fun if i lose, ill get em next time....
Im hoping with the new track, new pics, and the edge skid i should be able to really improve my holeshot...
But ill keep ya guys posted and try and get a video ahha

I just had to chime in. Even with a ZRT, extremely well setup, speed track, with a stock motor, it's not running 120 mph. An SRX will eat that when setup properly.

hmmm now he adds hes "stock" with PSI triple pipes haha also said he pulled 97mph in 1000ft last weekend.... how fast is that ive only run 660 in a circuit?
Well see, i really think this is gonna be a intreseting race
Finished studding the track last night so im working on removing old one today, then installing edge as the week progresses, hopefully by sat i can run it to iantomossi track n trail, hes gonna go over it check and clean anything and i think im gonna raise my engagement to the 4000-4500 region.....

Yeah thinking more and more its gonna be intresting.... look at the box stock amsnow 2001 SRX run....
2001 SRX 700
60' et - (1.684sec)
660' MPH- 90.73
1000' et- (9.842sec)
1000' MPH- (96.57)
1320' et- (12.006sec)
1320' MPH- (100.66mph)
So he claims 97mph in 1000ft, which is par with what a box stock 2001 SRX ran, after iantomossi finishes with it i think its gonna be interesting....
