My parents just got back from NY. While they were there two weekends ago (Sat), I sent them to a yamaha dealer. So I got them to order some new jets (155's, and 45's). So they told me it would be a few days (wednesday). Well I got a call on wednesday stating they were on back order and would be a few more days. I got a call another call on thursday ( the one that just passed) THEY WERE FINALLY IN!!!!!!!! I was happy as the snow is coming very soon. So I knew my parents were going out to NY again this weekend (yesterday and today). They left friday afternoon, and got the jets. They just arrived home anout an hour ago.
SO, I got the jets installed no problem at all. I went from 42.5-45, and from 152.5-155. I went from 3-4 for the needle clip. I hope this thing runs good. I will be putting them on tomorrow. But i thoguht i owuld let you all know that i got the carbs cleaned and ready to go. AND I THOUGHT I WOULD START THIS THREAD NOW IN CASE I RUN INTO ANY TROUBLES TOMORROW WITH THE SLED/CARBS.
But now that I have taken the carbs apart about 6-7 times in the last month, I got it done rather quickly. I have managed the task that I thought I wouldnt be able to do. But not once, 6-7 times

Going to get those carbs on now. i will be back in about 3-4 hours. I will keep you all updated.
