77 srx rear suspension NEED HELP

I need help with #12 wheel guide. What is it? Does it have a bearing? I have a suspension without them and need to find something that and will work.

cut the tube down and cut the shaft ends down to take the small id bearings for the small idler wheels

that "job" look exactly like the org 8H1 -a upgraded 8F2 suspension !

I have mine all apart ,cleaned and polished.ready to put it together . The #12 wheel has no bearings ,it's just a white plastic wheel ,someone on here was going to make some a while back Andre
