Just finished it, the swap was no problem. It is a 2001 Zr skid, It rides like a dream compared to the junk that was under there. All thats left to do is some black Rx1 skis, and a vmax-4 windshield.
Its not the fastest sled or the nicest sled, but its good to beat the ditches around here, and the UP a couple times a year!

Looks great! how hard was the install on her? My buddy used to have a V-max 4 that ad a Polaris skid in it but not properly installed. Looked reat but it only had about 2 inches of travel as it was not lined up proper. Have a great season!

My buddy did that last year and I was jealous . His first trip WOT -30 8.6 miles and blew it up. I never got a chance to ride it. Looks great. Was going to do the same to mine but my other buddy sold me his 98 700 for I deal I could not pass up.

sweet ride
I put alot of back breakin miles on a 94 like that.
It sure was a fun sled to ride.

Wow, I loved my 95 vmax 600 except for the rear skid. I always liked running on the up trails and that front suspension worked great. I put a black V4 windy and had a black and white checkered graphic on my hood. Sled looked and ran great until the day I sold it and moved up to the SRX ! I have some pics under the old sled photo section , Terry Cota's 95 vmax.
