it's a Genuine Yamaha rack right out of their accessory catolgue.... I have one installed on my 02 MM700.... not the greatest design but it does the trick and was affordable and easy to install... requires several bungee chords on hand at all times...

That's actually my machine...see "mysled" below. It's a Yamaha Viper rack sold through Yamaha accessories, I bought this one from Skidooboy off this site a few years ago.

I'm running a 136, this rack was intended for a mountain Viper 144...there was also a slightly different model with a tailight housing for either a mountain max or mountain srx ...and your right this won't fit a short track.

That is what I was looking for. I just needed to see the tailight as I am going to put this on my 136 track sled. I just wanted to make sure the viper light will work. Needed a pic of the rear. nice sled btw and nice pic

I had that same rack on my 136" SRX. It has a spot to relocate the tail light on the rack and it came with a block off plate for the stock tail light in the seat. I'm not sure how it works with the Viper tail light setup
