98 Xtc Set Up Needed

Looking for a set up for a 98xtc 600

Resent mods, AAEN Lake runner pipes, tempa flow, carb and clutch are stock.

did you get instructions with the pipes. You will need to re-jet. What RPM range to the pipes run at.

Engagement 4000 and tops out at 8200, I just remembered I installed A Maxximum performance clutch kit. 8ab weights, 3.6 inner, 3.6 outer, wht/slv/wht primary spring two spring shims. Maxx6ms7 progressive Helix, Red Secondary spring. Spring setting 50 degress(3-2) Carbs are stock, I am getting a a low end bog and then she rips.

you need to know the carb set up required for those pipes. I use Aaen tripples on my SXR and needed larger pilots and mains I also needs to adjust the fuel screw out a little to get the low end bog out.

From 4000 to 6000 I would say.

Need to find out if it's a lean or rich bog,next time hit the choke see if it helps it..
