ive got a brand new psi single pipe never used if you want it for 150.00
Buy my 96 with PSI twin's....But seriously, I thought my 96 was always pretty loud as is and it wasn't much louder with the twins. Maybe just a different, raspier sound but not much louder.
I'll sell you my psi twin pipes with jets and a set of brand new carbides for $230.

how picky are the twin pipes jetting wise? i ride whenever theres snow because we dont get much, and its usually anywhere from 0-35 degrees or so, dont want to have to rejet all the time
Some people say very, others say no different than a regular sled. I am jetted for 0 I think and I don't bother to change it when it gets to the 30's. I'd rather it run a little fat.

Ditto, Jet for the coldest you ride and you will be fine, my suffer performance on warmer days but all in all you won't notice much of a difference becuase of the jetting that is,
The pipes will make it Scream however

The clutch thats on it is off of a 700 srx, any ideas on where to start from on clutching?
You're in luck...I am about to sell my sled tomorrow and I pulled the sheet on clutching tonight.... I was running a green pink green spring and stock arms ( I think 8AB) with 4.5 outer and 2.7 inner. That's what I have written down. It's a Hold ON! set up cause it's like a switch!
