does a 96sx skid fit a 97sx please help thanks

i dont think there was a SX in 96 as far as i know. in 96 they came out with the first proaction in the vmax xt i think it will fit not sure tho but not as good as ride, even tho the proaction is far from the best ride out there. it wasnt the proaction u saw in 97 but close. any 121 suspention with the W arm front torque arm will fit in 97s and up till about 04 or so should fit. only differnt usualy is travel. sx srx are short travel and most others are long

i installed a 96xt skid in my srx for a couple months, what i had to do was to cut down all the shafts and tubes. the older strut sleds had a wider tunnel by about an inch. other than that, its just measuring.
