Is anyone else using a zx2 skid in their viper. I noticed my fuel economy is way better then it used to be and I'm using the brakes alot more as well. This skid seems to reduce the rolling resistance. I thought my gas gauage was broken, since the sled is usually empty at 120 miles. I went down and filled it up and it only took 30 litres (or 7 gallons us roughly) Today I got 145 miles before the gas light came on. So now I'm convinced it is the skid.

Has anyone had the bolts shear on the bottom shaft of each arm. Happened to me. both bolts on the right side. Had to have the studs extracted. Cost $136.00.

Picksoo, is it possible that the bolts were starting to back off? I was running an M-10 last season and had the two rear cross shaft bolts back off slightly on me and they sheared off. I couldn't see them shearing if they were still tight, but it's not like it's far fetched either.

No, but now that you mention it I'll have to check and make sure those bolts are still tight! That stinks....
