Helping a friend with his 94 max secondary. Just installed a new helix and buttons. Sliding sheave has a lot of slop on the fixed shaft. Looks like the bi-metal bushing needs to be replaced, correct? Do I just need to press it out and a new one in? Also, I'm sure the bigger bushing is also worn( the one that rides around the helix) but it does not look like it should touch the helix once the other bushing is replaced, Right? Any aftermarket source for the sliding sheave bushing or just "take it" from the dealer? The helix was $60.00 and it looks like the bushing is also around $60.00!

Thanks, FishX

replace all bushings in both clutches, they ware out easily, those clutches are junk!
