Okay guys, finally got the 03 Viper carbs back on and out on the snow. She runs really sweet and with the 53/43 helix she is clutched bang on (thanks Turk).

The only small issue I have is a periodic exhast poof at idle. Obviously she is a little rich (at -15 degrees C) so I'm thinking I must have the fuel screws out a little too far. Is my logic ringt? Anyone else experience this?

Also, it looks like I'll need to install a heated visor plug. anyone know which wires under the handle bar pad are the right ones?

Thanks and Merry Christmas to everyone!!

Hook the + wire to the blue wire going to the highbeam/lowbeam switch
hook the - wire to the ground lug on the round tube behind the secondary you will see a bolt with a ground wire from the harness there already.

youll hear a little poof once in a while its the exh valves cycling to self clean it does this when under its under 900rpm, also sometimes it will fire the mixtrue whenn you shut it off at higher then idle speeds. common, nothing to worry about.
