Do you guys put any grease on the ID of the seals? Little V notch on the ID looks like it was designed for this but I find nothing in my service manuals. If so what type of grease.

just when I assemble them fresh, this way when you start them up the seal isnt running on a dry crankshaft, alot of heat can happen in minimal time.
