How do you go about calibrating your tach? I know you can send it out and have it done so if someone was gonna do that where would be a good place to send it to. I know I've read on here that they can be off and a lot of times are. My friend is having a hard time getting enough weight in his clutch (97 XTC 600, we already maxxed the 8ab weights out with 4.5 gram rivets in both holes and it's still over revving). So he wants to either test the tach ourselves (depending on how you go about doing it) or send it in. Thanks.

never heard of calibrating a tach. You could just test it with another one from a different sled but will most likley have the same results. How about the rest of the clutch components, are they good. (springs, belt, enough helix)
