02 lights dim,seem to have plentty of spark ?

I,m rebuilding the top end and thought I might look into my electrical issue.
Lights are dim until I hit the throttle, I have no grip warmers and seem to have plenty of spark. Should I be tearing apart the harness ? magneto ? http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/newthread.php#

whats it idling at rpm
