Vmax 700 clutch alignment

Hello,

I have belt squeal at idle plus an over revving engine at WOT (9100rpm). I am thinking of doing the following things:

1. Buy a clutch alignment tool, center to center and offset.
2. Install a SXViper engine torque limiter to replace the stock rubber snubber style one.

Will the SXViper torque limiter install on my 2000 Vmax 700 to replace the factory one?

Any thoughts?
