Hey Guys I Just Took My O2 Viper Out For The First Ride Of The Year And When The Sun Went Down I Click The Hi Beams On And The Dash Went Out And The Lights Were Dim And Not Really Working! This Machine Is New To Me I Had Another O2 That Had Some Problems So Im Parting It Out Any Way The Only Thing I Did Was Switch The Hood And Plug It In. I Checked Both Harness Are The Same And I Even Switched Them For Ha Ha's But Still The Same Problem. Could It Be The Hi Lo Switch? Thanks In Advance For Help!
WELL I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE BUT I SEARCHED AND WENT WITH THE RUBED WIRE THEORY UNDER THE MOTOR AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE AND MAYBE HELP SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
whenever you switch the lights to high beam and the tach flutters or lights dim, its almost a 90% chance its the harness under the engine, hopefully you put it in automotive conduit, it wont ever happen again then.
