Is there anything in the housing for the throttle and kill switch that woud prevent me from getting a spark? It doesn;t happen all the time but once and a while I'll get no spark. I checked the wire harness ..no chaffing. it seemed when I'd jiggle the throttle lever up and down slightly it would fire right up.Wasn't sure if it was just coinsedence or maybe something to it.

try unplugging the switch and put a jumper in it. See if it goes away. Maxdlx
