Your dealer won't do it?? sounds like they shouldn't be a dealer then.

I know of several local, or semi local shops that can, but nothing in ND. You could take the shocks off, and ship them to a known rebuilder, then have them shipped back after they get rebuilt.

This is def something you do not want to attempt yourself.
 
Why don't you send them to Pioneer Performance? They charge "$40.95 + parts (if necessary)". That's where mine are going once I get the money to have them done. Pioneer Performance
