I bought a 2002 Viper that looked okay from the start but when a thorough exam showed a broken motor mount ,very dirty and clogged powervalves( now cleaned) a split exhaust manifold New one replaced ,all has been looked after, but now when I start out after a 5 min warmup it seems when I excellerate the next throddle I seem to chug till it clears it self. I can slowly excell but makes a very long trip. Does anyone know whats up?

If it was in that kind of shape it probably wasn't that well taken care of.
Go through the carbs like was mentioned, and also go through the clutches and clean them.
I bought an Exciter than ran really bad like that years ago, bogged and fouled plugs, carbs were filthy and I didn't think it was possible for clutches to be that dirty and still function. Ran great after the above was cleaned. Clean clutches and carbs and then post back if you still have trouble with it.
