What can I use in place of yamabond to put the case back together. Also I need torque specs on all bolts.

Found this on another site:
"Yamabond 4 or Threebond 1104 is the same sealant and excellent.
If you can find it Threebond makes a sealant 1 step better called 1211"

sorry 1999 phazer 500. The case bolts and the head bolts and nuts.

You can use loctite 515 or 518 gasket eliminator. It doesn't dry until the air is taken away from it. Yamaha bond can skin over if you are not fast enough and not compress enough.
